Purpose
Restore form and function following illness or injury.
Dermato-oncological skin surgery
Dermato-oncological surgery is dedicated to the diagnosis, excision, and reconstruction of benign and malignant skin lesions. It requires a rigorous approach ensuring complete tumour removal while preserving, as much as possible, the aesthetic appearance and function of the affected tissues.
I have particular expertise in the treatment of skin cancers and their reconstruction, ranging from the simplest procedures to the most complex cases. This activity includes the management of basal cell carcinomas, squamous cell carcinomas, melanomas, as well as many rarer skin tumours.
I work in close collaboration with dermatologists, both for diagnosis and patient follow-up, in order to ensure optimal multidisciplinary care. This collaboration makes it possible to define the most appropriate therapeutic strategy for each case and to guarantee rigorous long-term oncological follow-up.

Each procedure is planned in a fully personalised manner in order to achieve the best balance between oncological safety, aesthetic outcome, and functional preservation. Depending on the location and extent of the lesion, reconstruction may involve direct closure, skin grafting, or advanced local and regional flap techniques allowing restoration of volume, contours, and tissue quality.
Thanks to mastery of the full reconstructive arsenal, from the simplest techniques to the most complex reconstructions of the face, scalp, eyelids, nose, lips, ears, limbs, and trunk, the goal is to offer each patient the best possible chance of healing while optimising long-term aesthetic and functional outcomes. The challenge is not only to remove the tumour, but also to reconstruct the defect in a way that achieves the most natural result possible while preserving the essential functions of the treated tissues.

Other Conditions
Reconstructive surgery also addresses traumatic injuries, scars, congenital abnormalities and tissue loss requiring both functional and aesthetic restoration.
Follow-Up
Each patient benefits from personalised care before, during and after the procedure, ensuring close follow-up and optimal recovery.
